Key points:
• Purpose & scope — the Platform enables companies to indicate whether ERA data exist or are being generated for specific OTC APIs; it does not collect or distribute ERA study data.
• Display & matchmaking — aggregated indications are shown anonymously. Upon a relevant request, AESGP may share a company’s nominated matchmaking contact with other participants to enable direct discussions.
• Compliance — participation is subject to the Terms & Conditions, which reflect competition‑law safeguards and acceptable use of the Platform.
• Data protection — AESGP acts as data controller for the registration/survey and will process personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice (including how to contact the DPO and exercise your rights).

I acknowledge that the Platform collects and displays only categorical information on the existence of ERA data as reported by participants and will not be used to upload, exchange, or access ERA study data via AESGP.

I confirm that my company will provide truthful, up to date responses in the subsequent data-collection survey, and understands that aggregated indications are shown anonymously on the Platform.

I understand that AESGP may share my company’s nominated matchmaking contact with other participants upon a relevant request, as described in the Privacy Notice and permitted under the Terms & Conditions.

I understand that the purpose of the AESGP cannot be considered as a vehicle for other activities. AESGP expects the participants to this platform to take all measures necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable competition rules at all times and in particular to strictly follow the “Do’s and Don’ts” checklist here.
